Description
St. Johns wort has become one of the primary botanicals used to support mental well-being. Planetary Herbals FULL SPECTRUM ST. JOHNS WORT EXTRACT combines an extract standardized to hypericins with an extract of St. Johns wort aerial parts. Each tablet yields a minimum of 1.5 mg hypericins.
Suggested Usage: 1 tablet twice daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.
